About brand

Vaporesso: Engineering-Led Hardware, Priced Sensibly

Vaporesso has spent a decade doing one thing consistently — building refillable hardware that outlasts its price tag. The XROS pod line is among the most recommended beginner devices in vaping, the AXON and COREX chipsets are genuinely well-engineered rather than marketing names, and the company's mesh coils are the benchmark other brands get compared against. Everything here is genuine stock shipping from our US warehouse. Vaporesso's catalog splits cleanly into three areas: pod systems and their refills, sub-ohm tanks and coils, and box mods.

  • iTANK T — $24.88. Top-fill sub-ohm tank with adjustable bottom airflow and a leak-resistant design. Runs the GTi family above, which is what makes it as versatile as it is.

Which Vaporesso Device Fits You

Coming off cigarettes or disposables

An XROS-series pod device with 25mg or 50mg nicotine salts. The tight mouth-to-lung draw is close to a cigarette, and the pods above keep the running cost low. Browse comparable devices in pod kits.

You want maximum flavor and vapor

The Armour Max plus the iTANK T and GTi coils, running 3mg or 6mg freebase juice. This is the best-flavor, lowest-cost-per-ml setup we sell, at the price of size and maintenance.

You just need refills

Match the exact series printed on your current pod or coil. XROS pods don't fit a Luxe X; GTi coils don't fit a GTX tank. Brand alone isn't enough.

Vaporesso FAQs

How do I fill a Vaporesso pod?

Most XROS pods fill through a silicone-plugged port on the side or bottom. Pull the pod from the device, lift the plug, insert the bottle tip, and fill slowly — leave a small air gap at the top, since that pocket of air is what maintains pressure balance and stops leaks. Reseat the plug firmly. Top-fill versions like the 3ml pod open at the mouthpiece end instead, which means no removal required. After filling, wait ten minutes before your first draw. The cotton needs time to saturate, and firing dry cotton ruins the pod permanently. Our guide on priming a coil applies to pods too.

How long do Vaporesso pods last?

One to two weeks for most people. COREX 3.0 mesh runs noticeably longer than earlier generations, but the bigger factor is your juice — heavily sweetened dessert blends caramelize on the mesh and can halve pod life, while clean fruit and menthol can stretch it past three weeks. Replace as soon as flavor drops; a burnt pod doesn't recover.

Can I refill a Vaporesso pod more than once?

Yes. Refillable pods are designed for repeated fills until the coil wears out — typically 10 to 20 refills. Top up before the tank runs dry rather than after; running the wick empty is what kills coils early.

How do I replace the battery on a Vaporesso device?

Depends on the device type. Pod systems like the XROS have internal, non-replaceable batteries — if the battery fails, the device is replaced. Box mods like the Armour Max use removable 18650 or 21700 cells: open the battery door, note the polarity markings inside, insert cells with the positive end matching, and close it. Always use matched cells from the same batch, and replace any cell with a torn wrap immediately — a damaged wrap is a real short-circuit risk, not a cosmetic issue.

Are Vaporesso pods and coils interchangeable?

Within a series, yes. Across series, no. XROS, Luxe X, and iMate OS all use different pods; GTi and GTX are different coil families. Check the exact name printed on the part you're replacing.

What juice should I use?

Nicotine salts at 25mg or 50mg in pod devices. Freebase at 3mg or 6mg in the iTANK T on a mod — salts in a sub-ohm tank deliver far too much nicotine per puff and taste harsh. Browse all vape juice.

Why is my pod leaking?

Usually overfilling with no air gap, a plug that isn't fully seated, or hard fast draws flooding the coil. Cabin pressure is another — empty the pod before flying. See taking a vape on a plane. For gurgling and spitback, our guide on popping and crackling covers the causes.
