How do I earn points?
You can earn points through eligible purchases and other eligible PrimaryVape Rewards activities.
How do membership levels work?
Your membership level is based on your Total Earned Points. Silver Members earn 1 point per $1 spent, Gold Members earn 2 points per $1 spent, and Elite VIP members earn 3 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Will redeeming points lower my membership level?
No. Your membership level is based on your Total Earned Points, not your current available points balance.
How do I redeem my points?
Apply your available points directly toward your eligible order at checkout. Every 100 points equals $1 OFF.
Can I earn points on Deals products?
Deals products and certain excluded items or promotions are not eligible to earn points.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Your friend can receive 22% OFF their eligible first order. After their qualifying purchase is completed, you can receive a $15 OFF referral reward. Visit the Refer a Friend page for full details.
