iJoy XP50000 Disposable Vape (0%, 50000 Puffs)

iJoy: High Capacity, Refillable by Design

iJoy has been building vape hardware since 2014, and its current disposable line is defined by one thing most competitors don't offer: the XP100K is genuinely refillable. Not "replace the pod" refillable — the kit takes your own e-liquid through a fill port, which puts it in a category almost no other 100,000-puff device occupies. The trade-off, and it's worth stating plainly, is that iJoy's build quality gets mixed reviews. Community feedback consistently praises flavor and draw while flagging occasional hardware failures — devices that perform well for days and then stop. Buying through authorized distribution matters more with iJoy than with most brands, since counterfeits account for a real share of the failure reports online. Everything here is genuine stock from our US warehouse.

How to Refill an iJoy Vape

Only the XP100K Refillable Kit is designed for this. The XP50000 and XP35000 are sealed — prying them open gets you a broken device and a few burnt puffs.

1. Find the fill port. On the XP100K it sits under a silicone plug on the pod. Pull the plug out fully; don't just lift an edge.
2. Use the right juice. Nicotine salts at 25mg or 50mg. Freebase at 3mg won't satisfy a craving in a device with this draw, and thick high-VG juice wicks poorly through the coil.
3. Fill slowly along the wall, leaving a small air gap at the top. That air pocket maintains the pressure balance that stops leaks. Never force liquid down the center chimney — that's the airflow path.
4. Reseat the plug firmly. A partially seated plug is the most common cause of a leaking refillable device.
5. Wait ten minutes before the first draw so the cotton fully saturates. Firing dry cotton burns it permanently. See how to prime a coil.

A refillable device isn't infinitely refillable — the coil eventually wears out regardless. Expect good performance for 10 to 20 refills, then swap to a fresh XP100K pod. If refilling appeals more broadly, a full pod kit from $12.99 gives you replaceable coils too.

What Do S and D Mean on an iJoy Vape?

These letters appear on the display of several iJoy models and confuse almost everyone the first time.

• S = Soft mode. Lower power output. Cooler vapor, smoother throat hit, less liquid consumed per puff, and noticeably longer overall device life.
• D = Direct mode (sometimes labeled as the standard or boost setting). Higher power output. Warmer, denser vapor with stronger flavor, at the cost of faster liquid and battery consumption.

Switch between them by pressing the mode button on the device — usually a short press, or a double press on some models. If you're trying to make a device last, run S mode. If flavor feels weak, switch to D. The difference in total puff count between the two is substantial, often 30% or more.

Charging and Setup

All iJoy devices here charge over USB-C and are draw-activated — no power button, no setup. Remove the silicone plug from the mouthpiece and any sticker over the airflow intake before first use; a blocked intake feels exactly like a dead device. Use a standard wall adapter or laptop port rather than a fast-charge phone brick. Expect 45 to 90 minutes for a full charge. The e-liquid gauge on the screen, not the battery gauge, is what tells you how much life the device actually has left.

Why is my iJoy vape not working?

1. Check the airflow sticker and mouthpiece plug are removed. This accounts for a surprising share of "dead on arrival" reports.
2. Charge for 20 minutes. A deeply drained battery sometimes won't register immediately.
3. Try a different cable. Cables fail far more often than devices do.
4. Clean the USB-C port. Pocket lint blocks the connection — use a dry toothpick, never anything metal.
5. Check the liquid gauge. A full battery with an empty tank means the device is finished, not broken.
6. On the XP100K kit, reseat the pod until it clicks and wipe the contact pins with a dry cotton swab.

If it's still dead after all that and the device is recent, contact us. For a burnt taste see why vapes taste burnt; for gurgling see why vapes pop and crackle. When a device is finished, it contains a lithium battery — see how to dispose of a disposable vape.

iJoy FAQs

Is iJoy a good vape brand?

Opinion is genuinely split, and both sides have a point. Flavor and draw get consistent praise — plenty of people describe iJoy devices as among the best they've used, particularly for beginners who want something not too harsh. Build quality is where the criticism lands: reports of devices failing after a few days, loose components, and short lifespans come up regularly in vaping communities. Some of that traces to counterfeits, which are common on high-capacity disposables, and some to genuine quality variance. Our practical read: iJoy is worth buying for the XP100K's refillable design, which nothing else at this capacity offers. Buy from an authorized retailer, and if you're comparing prices elsewhere, learn to spot counterfeit devices first.

Where can I buy iJoy vapes?

Here — all four models are stocked and ship from our US warehouse through authorized distribution. Availability varies by state; check our US vape ban tracker.

Can I refill any iJoy vape?

Only the XP100K kit. The XP50000 and XP35000 are sealed disposables with no fill port and no replaceable coil.

How long does 100,000 puffs actually last?

Less than the box says. Advertised counts come from lab testing with short uniform draws, so real-world numbers land well below — often half. What matters more is the 33ml capacity, which is a figure that doesn't move, plus the fact that you can refill it. Running S mode instead of D mode extends life considerably.

What nicotine strength are they?

5% (50mg) salt nicotine, except the XP50000 Zero Nicotine at 0%. For background read what nicotine does to your body.

Which iJoy should I buy?

The XP100K kit if you want the lowest long-term cost and don't mind refilling. The XP50000 if you want a straightforward high-capacity disposable. The XP35000 if you want something smaller and cheaper.

Can I fly with one?

Carry-on only, never checked baggage. Empty a refillable pod before flying — cabin pressure causes leaks. See taking a vape on a plane.
