DOJO: Vaporesso's Disposable Line
DOJO is the high-capacity disposable range built by
Vaporesso — a manufacturer with a decade of refillable hardware behind it, including the XROS pod line and the AXON chipsets in its mods. That engineering background is the practical difference here: DOJO devices tend to have
better coil consistency and more coherent screen interfaces than brands that exist only to stamp puff counts on packaging.
The range splits into three formats —
sealed disposables, modular kits with swappable pods, and standalone replacement pods. Knowing which you're buying matters, because the pods don't work on their own. Everything ships from our US warehouse.
DOJO Vapes In Stock
Sealed Disposables
- Sphere S 40K — $15.99, made in the USA, 5% nicotine, dual-screen layout. Our steadiest DOJO seller and one of the few American-made devices in this capacity class. See our guide to vapes made in the USA.
- Sphere X 40K — $14.99, the alternate Sphere configuration.
- PIXEL 35000 — $13.99. Retro pixel-art display and one of the cheapest 35K devices we carry.
- PUREX 60K — $16.99, 60,000 puffs. Also available as PUREX 60K Tobacco for a cigarette-adjacent flavor profile.
- iMate X 20K — $13.99. The compact entry point, with the same screen interface in a smaller body.
Kits and Pods
The iMate line is modular: buy the kit once, then restock pods and keep the battery and screen. Cheaper per puff and considerably less e-waste.
Pods require a kit. If you're buying DOJO for the first time, start with a kit or a sealed disposable — a pod on its own won't fire.
Browse by capacity in
50K puffs,
35K–45K puffs, and
15K–30K puffs. Modular devices are grouped in
detachable vapes and
disposable pods.
How to Use a DOJO Vape
DOJO devices are draw-activated — there's no power button and no setup. A few things worth knowing:
- Remove the packaging first. New devices ship with a silicone plug in the mouthpiece and often a sticker over the airflow intake. Both need to come off or the draw feels blocked.
- On kits, seat the pod fully. Push until it clicks. A partially seated pod won't make contact and the screen may not wake.
- Draw slowly. High-capacity devices respond to a steady pull. Hard fast draws flood the coil and cause gurgling.
- Read the display. DOJO screens show e-liquid level and battery separately. The liquid gauge determines the device's actual life; the battery just needs topping up along the way.

Charging a DOJO Vape
Every DOJO in this range charges over
USB-C. The tank holds far more liquid than the battery holds charge, so you'll recharge several times before the device is finished.
- Use a standard wall adapter or laptop port — not a fast-charge phone brick.
- A full charge typically takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on model.
- Don't leave it charging overnight or unattended.
Why is my DOJO vape not charging?
Work through these in order:
- Check the port for lint. USB-C ports collect pocket debris, and a partially blocked port won't seat the cable. Clear it with a dry toothpick or compressed air — never anything metal.
- Try a different cable. Cables fail far more often than devices do, and a cable that charges your phone can still be too degraded for a low-draw device.
- Give it 20 minutes. A deeply drained battery sometimes won't register or light up immediately.
- Try a different power source. Some laptop ports drop below the current a vape needs.
- Check the screen. If the liquid gauge reads empty, the device is finished — the battery may charge fine but there's nothing left to vaporize.
If none of that works, the charging circuit has failed. If the device is recent and lightly used, contact us.
Can You Refill a DOJO Vape?
It depends which one you have, and this is the most common point of confusion:
- Sealed disposables (Sphere S, Sphere X, PIXEL, PUREX) — no. There's no fill port, the coil isn't replaceable, and prying the mouthpiece off gets you a few burnt puffs and a broken seal. Not worth it.
- iMate X kits — you don't refill, you replace the pod. Same practical result, less waste, and the battery keeps working. Grab a 40K pod or 20K pod.
- iMate OS — yes. The iMate OS pod is designed to be filled with your own e-liquid. Use nicotine salts at 25mg or 50mg, fill through the port leaving a small air gap, and wait ten minutes before the first draw so the cotton saturates. See how to prime a coil.
If refilling is what you actually want, a full
pod kit costs from $12.99 and runs a fraction of what disposables cost over a year.
Troubleshooting
Tastes burnt — usually chain vaping (give the wick 20–30 seconds between draws), low liquid, or genuine end of life. See
why vapes taste burnt.
Gurgling or spitting — a flooded coil from drawing too hard or storing the device mouthpiece-down. Tap it mouthpiece-down on a paper towel and take short gentle draws. See
why vapes pop and crackle.
Won't hit at all — check the airflow sticker is removed, the pod is seated (on kits), and the battery has charge. Our
guide to a screen device that won't fire applies broadly.
Empty device — it contains a lithium battery and a display board. See
how to dispose of a disposable vape rather than binning it.
DOJO FAQs
Who makes DOJO vapes?
Vaporesso, a Shenzhen-based manufacturer operating since 2015 and one of the larger established names in vape hardware. Several DOJO products carry the Vaporesso name directly — the
Vaporesso DOJO iMate X 40K Kit, for instance. That corporate backing is the main practical difference between DOJO and disposable brands that appear for one product cycle and vanish.
Where can I buy DOJO vape pods?
Right here — all three iMate pods are stocked and ship from our US warehouse. Match the pod to your kit: 40K pods fit the 40K kit, 20K pods fit the 20K kit, and the iMate OS pod fits the OS kit. They aren't cross-compatible.
How much is a DOJO vape?
$8.99 to $16.99 depending on model. Pods run $4.99 to $9.99, which is why the kit format ends up cheaper if you're buying regularly — you stop rebuying the battery and screen every time.
